Prosedur Garansi Dell

Bila laptop atau PC atau Dell anda rusak berikut adalah prosedur yang harus kita lakukan:

• Pertama kita harus menelepon ke nomer 500-858 (biasanya nomer lokal) nanti dari sana anda diarahkan untuk memilih jenis produk kita
• Setelah tersamabung dengan technical support-nya anda akan diminta menyebutkan Service Tag dari produk tersebut dan tanggal pembeliannya, service tag bisa dilihat di bawah laptop atau bisa juga dari BIOS.
• Biasanya technical support akan memandu kita untuk mengecek produk yang hendak kita service tersebut
• Jika solusi dari masalah tersebut telah terpecah kan maka pihak dell akan memberikan nomer PID number catatlah nomer tersebut jangan samapai hilang...
• Bila produk yang rusak tersebut harus ada penggantian sparepart dan bisa kita lakukan sendiri (misal: batre,charger) maka pihak dell akan mengirimkan sparepart tersebut ketempat kita (biasanya lewat jasa kurir DHL sekalian mengambil sparepart yang rusaknya)
• Namun apabila tidak bisa maka dell akan meminta kita untuk mengirmkan produk tersebut ke service center Dell terdekat kalau di bandung di daerah Kopo
• Lamanya proses klaim garansi Dell biasanya relatif cepat misalnya kerusakan adapator hari ini kita telepon besok siang juga biasanya sudah nyampe ketempat kita.

Cara Recovery Windows Pada Laptop HP/COMPAQ

Jika anda ingin merecovery laptop merk hp/compaq mi yang mempunyai windows original berikut saya jelaskan beberapa stepnya (data2 yang ada di partisi C: akan terformat jadi sebaiknya backup dulu data tersebut):

• Jika laptop masih bisa masuk windows anda berikut caranya:

1. tekan start-all program-recovery manager pilih Recovery Manager
2. maka akan muncul seperti pada gambar A
3. Klik tombol advanced Options
4. Pilih System Recovery--Next seperti pada gambar B
5. setelah itu laptop akan minta restart biarkan kurang lebih 1 jam system recovery akan jalan dengan sendirinya..

•  Jika laptop dalam keadaan error dan tidak bisa masuk masuk windows berikut caranya:

1. restart laptop anda
2. tekan tombol F11 beberapa kali pada saat pertama kali layar moncul logo compaq/HP
3. langkah selanjutnya sama dengan diatas...

Tips meningkatkan kemampuan batre laptop

Daya tahan batre laptop dapat dioptimalkan dengan mengikuti beberapa tips berikut:
1. Kurangi kontras ketajaman cahaya lcd monitor anda
cara mengurangi ketajaman cahaya lcd monitor tiap laptop berbeda-beda biasanya menggunakan kombinasi tombol (fn+f..)misalnya:
-->Merk Hp/Compaq biasanya tombol yang ditekan= fn+f7
-->Merk Dell biasanya tombol yang ditekan= fn+f4
-->Merk Acer biasanya tombol yang ditekan= fn+panah bawah
-->dan lain-lain
2. Matikan bluetooth dan wifi jika sedang tidak digunakan
3. Kurangi volume speaker laptop anda
4. Jangan buka semua program atau aplikasi secara bersamaan
5. Cabut perangkat eksternal jika sudah tidak digunakan lagi misal:dvd eksternal,flasdisk,modem,printer
6. Jauhkan dari suhu yang terlalu panas
